Claire Hunter and Emma Worley

July 5 @ 8:00 pm 10:00 pm

Emma Worley Bio
Toronto-based Emma Worley spent many years dedicated to a career as a visual artist.
Upon graduating from OCADU, Worley garnered attention for her sculpture/installation
work through exhibitions, installations, and residencies at various high-profile
institutions. Despite her burgeoning success in the visual-arts world, Worley found
herself compulsively drawn towards creating the material that would become her debut
album, Sentimentalist. Pulling from lived experience, triumph, heartbreak, and
everything in between, the wisdom and grace of this collection is telling of Worley’s
dedication to relatable storytelling and emotional finesse.

Claire Hunter is a Toronto-based singer-songwriter whose dreamy folk-pop creates
intimate moments of reflection. Over the years, she has graced iconic Toronto stages
such as the Horseshoe Tavern and the Drake Underground, and toured across Ontario
with her band, opening for Canadian acts like Joshua Hyslop and Great Lake
Swimmers. In 2022, Claire released the single “Dancing in the Light,” which explores
the commitment and nuances of long-term friendship. The release was accompanied
by a visually captivating music video directed by Dwi Riana. Back in the
studio, Claire is working on new music that is set to be released this year.
